Information

UK deliveries are sent via First Class Recorded Mail (1-2 working days) and require a signature upon delivery. 

European and Worldwide deliveries (3 to 7 days) are sent via Royal Mail International Services and require a signature on delivery. Parcels over 2 kgs may require delivery via a courier, in this case we will contact you.

UK Delivery

  • Orders to the UK mainland over £50 will be delivered free of charge - the exception being some heavy or oversized items.  Where this is the case, the specific delivery charge will be very clearly highlighted on the product page itself, so you are aware of this before you checkout.
  • For orders of less than £50, we charge just £3.95 for delivery. 
  • Orders will be sent using our secure courier service or Royal Mail recorded delivery.
  • We endeavour to dispatch all items held in stock within two working days of receiving your order. 
  • In the unlikely event an item is out of stock, we will notify you and agree a solution.

Returns + Exchanges

We hope you will be happy with your purchases but we know that shopping online can be tricky, especially with sizing and fitting. Therefore we are happy to offer you a refund or exchange if needed. To complete your return or exchange we require your original order number. Please include it in any correspondence and with any returned items.

Our returns policy is 14days from received date .

Returns received after 14 days are accepted at our discretion,

For returns over 14days, please contact us first and we will always do our up most to deal with the situation positively.

Please insure unsuitable orders must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. It must also be in the original packaging.

We strongly advise all customers to check order thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging. If items seem to be faulty please contact us ASAP.
